2026 Fashion Trends That Are In (and What We’re Leaving Behind for Good)
New year, new mood.
2026 fashion is all about contrast: clean lines meets bold prints, minimalist staples meets “where did you get that?!” moments.
Style is personal.
It’s not about rules, it’s about feeling right in what you wear.
Bottom line? You don’t have to pick a lane, you just have to know how to drive it.
Let’s talk about what’s in, what’s out, and how I’m making the trends work my way (because trends are fun, but they should always flex to you).
🔥 What’s IN for 2026
1. Quiet Luxury, but Make It Loud When You Want To
Yes, quiet luxury is still trending, think rich neutrals, clean tailoring, elevated basics. But let’s be real: I’m not quiet. And I don’t think style has to be, either.
Personally? I like to mix it up.
One night it might be head-to-toe Brunello Cucinelli (the king of quiet luxury), and the next it’s a floral explosion from Dolce & Gabbana, loud and proud.
This trend is beautiful, but I adjust it. You can too. Pair that understated blazer with rhinestone heels. Throw a bold lip on your soft cashmere moment. Quiet doesn’t mean boring.
2. Statement Accessories Are Doing the Most
Add my code AMY15 to save additional moneys :)
This is my favorite trend, because it’s fast, fun, and instantly transforms a look.
We’re seeing it everywhere: massive earrings, chunky necklaces, bold cuffs, stacked rings. It’s maximalism through the details.
And let me tell you, it works.
My sister wore a plain white tee the other day, threw on pearls, and said,
“Amy… you were right.”
Accessories say everything about your personality. You can go from “just got dressed” to styled and intentional with one dramatic piece. The right earrings can take sweatpants into cool-girl territory real quick.

3. Monochrome with a Pop and I’m Obsessed
This one is new for me, but I’m excited to try it.
I’ve seen a few of my friends doing it lately and it’s giving chic, confident, and so put-together. Think: cream on cream with a bold lip, or head-to-toe tan with silver boots. I don’t wear platforms, but give me a metallic heel or pointed silver boot and I’m in.
And one look I’m especially into? All black with red or green heels. Effortless. Strong. Total main character energy.
It’s the “base is quiet, the details are loud” combo—and I can’t wait to play with it.
4. Color Is Not Going Anywhere
Don’t believe the beige hype, color is still very much alive.
We’re talking rich emeralds, deep violets, hot reds, mustard, cobalt, bright orange, you name it.
Dopamine dressing is here to stay, and I’m all for it. My personal favorite look?
A loud blouse with classic denim. Easy. Playful. Confident.
Color doesn’t have to be scary, start with one bold piece and build from there.
❌ What We’re Leaving Behind
Hauling $300 worth of fast fashion – Unless you’re investing in timeless staples you’ll wear 20 different ways, let’s stop the binge-buying cycle. Quantity doesn’t equal style.
Ultra low-rise anything – Just… no.
Sheer everything with no structure – There’s a difference between intentional and see-through-for-no-reason.
Cheap fabrics faking luxury – If it makes you sweat just standing there, skip it.
One-and-done outfits with no flexibility – If it only works for one event, with one shoe, one way to style it, and you’ll never wear it again… it’s not worth the space. We’re building wardrobes, not collecting costumes.
Final Word
2026 fashion is all about intention and expression.
You don’t have to follow every trend. You don’t have to wear beige every day. You don’t have to explain your vibe to anyone.
You just have to feel like you in what you wear.
Wear the pearls. Wear the hot pink. Wear the blazer with sneakers. Fashion is fun when you let it flex with your life.
📖 Scripture to Reflect On:
"She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come."
